What a wonderful time to go to the Opera! It might seem outdated to its prime time but still has quite the class and entertainment for having a great experience; even if we’re talking about the web browser which have stayed as one of the main alternatives when you do not want to follow the line of Chrome and Mozilla (maybe even Windows Internet Explorer), or simply you just want to have available options, then it is of common knowledge that Safari and Opera are waiting for us right there.
Each one has its popularity and set of skills but not all of them are the same, not at all. Similarities end just as they begin; they all only share DNA and purpose, and if you’re not familiar with the advantages of Opera you might want to stay till the fat lady sings.
Turns out, the web browser is stepping up the game once again with a new version, one that advertise the great fact of offering users direct access to establish conversations through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger like integrated apps within its interface; these two possibilities will be available without any interruption and users can access to it simultaneously as they surf the internet and navigate or access any other kind of activities or applications.
The service consists in WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger’s web version, they will be shown at the side bar of the navigator; the limitations only rely on the quality of the updated versions of both services but Opera will already have them to go within its installment.
Before we had to install an additional extension for the web browser, and even though we can still do it now, it is nice that the company choose to give us a better structured package for the initial download and the new version, because that way it says that recognizes which set of tools are seem as essential nowadays for the modern society and its needs, regarding communications and social media.
Intertwined – Connected!
The steps for starting to benefit are easy, you just need to register the WhatsApp Web with the common instructions of linking your smartphone app to this one, follow the standards. In the case of Facebook Messenger is easier, only require identification with the Facebook’s personal account and that’s pretty much it.
But things do not stay there, the extensions you can add are now better integrated (if we’re talking about applications like this) within the web browser model. You can add Telegram for example and activate it through the common ID recognition system of text message or call, and it will be integrated just like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
Opera’s web browser is well known through the internet community, if we weren’t so used to go by the designated, popular and never ending thread of the core operative systems and their initial tools, we might not be so keen on leaving it as a second option.
The characteristics of the late version are awesome, with battery save mode (for big devices as laptops and tablets, also smartphones), free VPN service and automated advertisement blocking, Opera can give you more than what you think. Depending on each individual needs, the tool will suit better. Let’s revise and choose.
